About Amy Hall
Comprehensive Mental Health Services
Amy Hall is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides therapy and psychiatric medication services for ages 17 and older.
Amy is a graduate of the University of Michigan- MS Health Psychology and Certified in Addiction Studies and graduate of Wayne State University- MSN of Nurse Practitioner studies. She is a mother of three children, two of which have special needs. She enjoys spending time on Mackinac Island and bicycle riding.
Virtual and in-person appointments are available- now accepting new patients. Accepted insurances include :
Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, Cofinity, Aetna, Priority Health, Magellan and United Health Care. Fee for service care also available.
